Cattleman Photo Contest - HORSES

It's time for another photo contest, and this time the theme is HORSES! We want to see your best images featuring at least one horse! Entry is only $5 and there is no limit on the number of entries! If you entered a previous contest, you're welcome to enter again! Images that won a cash prize are disqualified from winning again, but all other images can be submitted again.

And this time we are going to mix it up, there will be no more public voting. The images will go through a panel of judges, who will select a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winner! Our 3rd place winner will receive $100, 2nd place will win $200, and 1st place winner...

FAQ

Can anyone enter? All participants must be 18 years or older! Prize money will be in USD but our international friends are welcome to enter. Past winners are welcome to join this contest, but any images that won a cash prize cannot be used again. 

Does the image have to have a horse in it?  Yes, for this contest a horse (or any equine animal such as mules or donkeys) must be part of the image in some way! 

How long will the contest run? We want to give everyone time to practice and get the best shot possible so that it will run until May 12th. The judges will deliberate for a week, and then winners will be announced on May 20th.

How will photos be judged? We will be judging them based on relevance to the theme, creativity, and technical skill. The sky is the limit, we are just looking for images that "wow" us! 

RULES 

We like to keep it simple here at Cattleman Photography, but we do have a few rules we want to go over!

1. No use of Artificial Intelligence. We understand using AI generation to remove small distractions and help workflow, but the use of AI to generate entire images or add significant features is not allowed.
2. No depictions of nudity or illegal acts.
3. The photo must be yours! As in taken by you, you own the copyright.  

By submitting to the contest, the Participant (“You”) agree to be fully bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Cattleman Photography as final and binding. Failing to adhere to the rules listed will result in immediate disqualification without warning.
